GLORACH YOUTH DRAMA WORKSHOPS: Our youth drama classes kicked off with Chris Fitzgerald on Thursday evening, with a mixture of boys and girls aged from 12-17 years. Initial trepidation and nervousness soon melted away with a couple of icebreakers, and all involved thoroughly enjoyed the session. It’s still not too late to get involved, and with weather for Ballybunion looking ever further away, it’s well worth taking part in something different and which will be a lot of fun in an inclusive environment. Arty Party at Glórach: For all those budding little artists, there will be a kid’s art camp from Tuesday, August 11 – Thursday, August 13 at Glórach Community Theatre. A VISIT TO FUNGI:. Maureen Finnegan is heading to Dingle on Sunday August 23. She says; “We are going to Dingle& going out on a boat to say "hello" to Fungi. This is a trip suitable for both the children and adults and everyone is most welcome. This might seem a while away but we need to book the boat and the bus and so far we have more than half filled the big bus. So it is important to book your seat early if interested. We will be going to the River Island Hotel, Castleisland for our breakfast and returning in the evening for dinner as we are always looked after very well.
