AFTERNOON TEA DANCE FOR MILFORD HOSPICE: Mike Condon will play at the April tea dance on Sunday, April 13 at Fr. Casey’s Clubhouse, Abbeyfeale. Dancing 3-6pm, teas served. This is a fundraiser for Milford Hospice in honour of the late Sr. Patricia O’Brien who was a much loved teacher in St. Joseph’s Convent Secondary School.
GRAND FUNDRAISING VARIETY CONCERT: A concert celebrating the arrival of spring will take place at the Glorach Theatre on Saturday, April 12. It will be headlined by the Ballaugh Wren Boys Charity Group who will be joined by musicians, dancers, solo singers and chorus. Proceeds go to Nano Nagle, Abhaile, Milford Hospice and to help pay down the outstanding loan on the Glorach . Tickets €10 are on sale at Ann Lyons, The Square or Batt Harnett’s.
